Who We Serve
Our programs are tailored for young adults embarking on the next chapter of their lives, including recent graduates and those transitioning from foster care, juvenile centers, or other out-of-home placements. We believe that every young person deserves access to the resources that foster independence, self-reliance, and stability.
Our Story
Founded by Jeremiah Price, a dedicated advocate with lived experience of overcoming homelessness and poverty, Affirmed Futures was born from a desire to inspire hope and create real change. Jeremiah’s journey instilled in him a passion for empowering others to overcome their circumstances and build meaningful, self-sufficient lives. His vision for Affirmed Futures is rooted in providing young people with educational tools that offer lasting impact and open doors to new opportunities.
Our Approach
We understand that transitioning into adulthood can be challenging. That’s why we focus on:
Essential Life Skills Training: Our resources cover a broad spectrum of skills, from financial literacy and job-readiness to housing stability and wellness. By addressing these fundamentals, we help young adults build a strong foundation for the future.
Community Engagement: We collaborate with schools, local organizations, and government agencies to create a network of support for young adults. Our goal is to reach as many young people as possible, making sure they know they’re not alone on their journey.
